A Welcome Change for County Government

Anyone that’s met me figures out pretty quickly that I am very passionate about bringing good User Experience to State and Local Governments. This project was one such project, where I worked with County staff to carry out their branding to produce a friendly, easy-to-browse ITSM Service Portal with the added custom functionality their users needed.
