Improving a Multi-Department User Experience

A multi-national client tasked my team and I to reimagine the user experience for their multi-department Service Portal. Users were frustrated with the seeming never-ending walls of brightly colored tiles and lack of direction to department-specific assistance. We went through multiple iterations of wireframes and detailed mockups to achieve the final design.
